HR Manager Responsibilities
Interview, evaluate and send offer letters to new team members
Onboarding training, information and tech packages
Create and support SOPs across departments
Manage benefits administration
Answer HR / payroll related questions
Ensure HR compliance for awesome team
Employee training and professional development
Support internal team building initiatives
Collaborate with the leadership team
Experience in HR Management
Management style must fit TeamBuilding vibe of positive, action oriented, and entrepreneurial
Reasonably tech savvy
Must have access to reliable internet
Hours and Pay Rates
Salary of $60,000 - $65,000 USD per year + Benefits
45 - 50 hours per week
This position will report to the COO
