Our Events That You Will Be Supporting

• Are typically 90 mins of team building awesomeness
• Currently facilitated virtually using Zoom
• Are designed to be wildly entertaining, with elements of intentional team building
• Are delivered + designed by amazing creative facilitators
• Typically booked by HR manager or team leaders looking to plan a great event for their team to bond!

Your Role

• You will reconcile invoices, send receipts, and complete other day-to-day finance tasks.
• Help with bookkeeping, expense management and more.
• Most of your job will take place in some sweet slack channels, our shared inbox in Helpscout, and Google Calendar so you must be able to learn these well! 
• You will love crossing off things from a to-do list.
• You may think of yourself as/or aspire to be an in-person version of Computer Cat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGDvjG49kLc
• You have excellent written communication skills and will able to match the teambuilding voice (positive, action-oriented, authentic > professional).
• This position is an entry level role and has the opportunity to grow into a larger finance role once you nail the basics.

Job Requirements

• Great written communication in English. Other languages are a f***ing plus! (Note: Authentic > professional language.)
• SUPER attention to detail. Every detail is important when confirming an event.
• Fast Typing speed (50+ WPM), tech savvy to learn multiple platforms (ZenDesk Sell, Slack, Helpscout)
• Must have access to personal computer*
• Must have access to reliable internet*

Hours and Pay Rates

• Salary $33-$40K + Benefits
• 40-45 hours per week.
